About Us
Aleaciones Estampadas S.A. – AESA is a leader company in forging of non-ferrous alloys (lightweight alloys). AESA is a family and independent company, which this year celebrates its 50th Anniversary. It started as a supplier of brass components for the faucet, furniture and construction hardware sector. Currently, its main activity is the Forging of aluminum parts and other lightweight alloys for the Automotive, Railway and Urban Mobility Vehicles sectors.
What We Do
AESA manufactures forged metal parts (aluminium, brass, titanium, copper and magnesium) from the design phase until the surface treatment, and T6 Heat treatment. Our spacious and flexible machine park contains forging presses up to 1200Tn and many machining centres CNC including 5 Axis machining. This allows us to manufacture different sizes of the series. Rapid tooling facilities.
Our Mission
The mission of Aleaciones Estampadas – AESA is to provide our customers with specifically developed forging and machining products of lightweight alloys, with high added value, combining our production flexibility with high standards of quality and service, through a close and trusting relationship between AESA human teams and their clients.
